I am currently stuck in an airport lounge in Madrid. My flight to Bordeaux has been delayed two hours. Not good.
With all this down time, I finally got a chance to log onto my blogger account. I know, I've been a bad blogger--all eating, no blogging. This past month in Spain has been crazy. To be honest, I'm a little tapa-ed out, but I'm still not ready to leave Spain. Last night was our last night in Madrid. A bunch of us from the travel study program went to an awesome restaurant (blog post coming soon!) where we sat around a giant round table and indulged in good food and booze until it was finally time to say goodbye. Such a bittersweet ending to a fantastic time in Spain.
In less than 2 weeks, I will finally be back in the states after a good two months of traveling from Hong Kong to Barcelona, Madrid, Bordeaux, and finally Paris. I promise there will be a copious amount of blog posts coming up soon. Make sure you come along with me as I relive my travels this summer through food :)
